    I can honestly say that my prenatal fitness guide helped me throughout my pregnancy to stay on track and remain motivated to exercise as I completed my own exercises included in the guide each week of my 40 week pregnancy.

    Following my prenatal fitness guide during my recent pregnancy enabled me to maintain a healthy pregnancy weight, stay active with my two year old daughter, ward off pregnancy related musculoskeletal pain and have a smooth labor and delivery without need for any supplemental hormones or instruments during the birthing process.

    I cannot guarantee these results for any/all prospective customers, but I can guarantee that it will provide you with knowledge of safe exercises to perform during pregnancy to help prepare your body for birthing your baby and set you up for a smooth postpartum recovery by strengthening and stretching all the muscle groups necessary for maintaining a strong core and pelvic floor.
